It has come to the attention of Harmonium that there has been aggressive tax collecting practices pursued within the Market and Guild Ward. Threats of violence will not be tolerated by the Fated in legal issues such as tax collection, threat of violence will be considered by law a summary offense of Dangerous Behavior. If there seems to be an issue with tax collecting, the Fated members should be instructed to pursue a legal path to achieve it.
Similarly aggressive behavior can be notified by taxing each individual exchange, on the spot, within presence of the customers of entrepreneurs. Such behavior can be interpreted by law as a summary offense of Disrupting the Peace, in and of itself. The Harmonium trusts the Fated can muster up a better method than to purposefully make business more difficult to pursue, thus decrease any potential tax income they might achieve otherwise.
Further incidents will be pursued by legal actions.

Inquiry Regarding Fated Members Identity

The past reminder about the laws of Sigil due to aggressive tax collection scheme has expanded as further accusations of crimes of the said members have come to the light. The culprits appearance can be described as: A human with medium length grizzled beard, bald head with shimmering tattooes on it, some described it as an "eldritch Sigil". A black sleeveless thigh-length slightly ragged jacket with wrist wrappings and leg wrappings.
The Harmonium would wish to know the identity of this member of the Fated as soon as possible. They are currently accused for two counts of Assault, one count of Destruction of Property and one count of Domination. They also failed to express whether or not they had a legitimate permit to Own Slaves and a permit to Trade Slaves just yesterday, which should also be checked.

thank you for the diligence constantly shown in taking care of problems affecting our citizen, and for the alacrity with which this new, dangerous threat to the safety of the Cage seems to have been approached.
As much as we would like to cooperate, I am afraid I have to inform you that our records are not organized basing on pictures or descriptions of the persons, let alone the list of the clothes they might be wearing on any day of the week.
With a number of Namers going by the thousands, constantly growing and changing, it is nearly impossible for us to find information about someone who might or might not be in our records to begin with using the information you gave us.
Please, if this person you are mentioning is indeed a Fated member, do provide us with a badge number and we will promptly forward to the Harmonium any information in our possession.
Also, allow me to thank you for the courtesy you are showing us on this matter. We would however suggest, given the list of accusations this individual has on their head, that the Harmonium proceeds with an arrest upon seeing the person, rather than giving them some sort of benefit of doubt as it seems to be happening.
We both know that everyone should be accountable for their actions, no matter the Faction they belong to.
