Requesting Cooperation

A letter arrives, delivered by a certified Harmonium runner. He goes to the faction headquarters and will leave the letter with the front desk. The runner informs the Fated that this letter is to be delivered to Duke Rowan or one of his charges.

It contains the following;

Dear Lord Rowan,

During the course of an investigation for the past few days, it has come to my attention that one of your order, the drow known as Ra'zeth, has added and abided criminal activities and to make matters worse, has knowingly fled from arrest making a bad situation even worse.

I can assure you that his innocence or guilt will be determined by Sigilian court of law. As it stands, he is still wanted as a perpetrator.  I kindly ask that you convince Sir Ra'zeth to hand himself over to Harmonium custody, so that the law may be upheld and justice served. 

Outside of that, I will use any and all means available to arrest and detain Ra'zeth, as I do have Harmonium resources at my disposal.

A quick resolution to this incident is in everyone's best interest.  I look forward towards your reply and hopeful cooperation.

To whom it may concern,

The Fated have no interest in standing in the way of justice. Factor Ra'zeth will come to the Barracks to answer the charges against him, along with his lawyer, and an appropriate escort.
