A Human Walks Within The Hall Of Records

A human male with natural pale skin and white hair walks the halls with interest he watches those around him that would call themselves as Fated, the human adjusts his dark lens glasses covering his eyes before he approached a near by clerk at a desk "Excuse me.." he said in a soft spoken tone "I'm seeking to be enrolled in the Fated. Perhaps you can point me in the right direction to who I should be speaking to achieve such a goal?"
