With a sigh Rebecca walks withing the hall of records. Approaching a clerks desk, she places a written application in front of the clerk to review permits for the following . . - Salves
- Performance of the Arts
- Weapon
- Preaching
- Marketing

After filling out a multitude of forms in triplicate, Rebecca is given permits for Salves, Performance, and Marketing.
The carrying weapon permit is waiting on strict review from a "Martial Committee," and the preaching permit apparently requires an interview with someone from another department.
