A large Tanar'ri glides into the Hall of Records. As is the creatures nature it sways, its ebony flesh gleam in habitual shifts and flexes. A large black cloak flickers about it, managing a admirable job of hiding its folded wings and coiling tail among the scare folds of violet that make up its clothing.
The creatures violet eyes sweep the room before it approaches a clerk. It speaks in soft rolling tones. Its base timber seems stunted, the rolling whispers that accompany its natural speech throttled for whatever reason.
