A brief communication is sent to Namer Karsperus Blake through the faction's channels, the message simply stating that Factor Aidan is requiring to see him at soonest.
Having been out-of-touch since the two last had business weeks ago, the Factor just recently seemed to have returned to his office and his usual schedule, but didn't seem to have bothered specifying the reason behind this sudden meeting request.
Of course, knowing him, it was probably just about business...

There were a few times when Karsperus performed grunt work. Despite his upbringing and personal distaste towards the crudeness that was "lawful" extortion, he understood that to earn the respect of his peers he had to show that not only he was a capable, but also daring. The few times that he stepped out of the Hall of Records with the intent to charge the Taker tax, he always went after the targets he knew wouldn't pay up, at least not quietly. His rivals, were the clear first targets.

That day he returned once more to the Hall of Records with the paltry sum of 100 jink, signing it under the name of Zephon Uruk Gilgamir. The fiend still owed taxes, but for the past turning of the Calendar, it appeared to be paying up the Fated Tax. However, every time it did the one that turned it in was always Karsperus Blake, and the coins always carried the stain of either dry blood, or dirt. It was well known that there was a blood feud between the two cutters, but it was also well known that neither of them would ever resort to the Triad of Law for a resolution. Both the Fiend and Taker had one thing in common. They resolved their own conflicts. The feud between the two would simply continue to escalate until one of them got styxed.

It was as he turned this in, that he received the summons of Factor Aidan. By all accounts, Karsperus only took this as a good sign. It meant his hunt for the Entrope had achieved its purpose. He was not a common berk anymore if he had caught the Factor's eye. Whether or not that was a good thing in the long run was to be seen.

((I . . .Actually have a lot of meetings in the next 2 days, but if we can meet in the afternoon either on Thursday or Friday that would be fine, otherwise the Weekend would also do at any time.))
