Factotum Ra'zeth re-entered the Hall of Records with a prideful stride, even after his noticable absence, looking around if his fellow Heartless have managed to overcome the chaos of last week... but all of that mattered not, for he knew the enemy personally, conquered them, and knew their greatest weakness.
He made his way to Goldscales, all whilst wearing his Cerulean Sign amulet, and having a wand of the same effect in arm's reach, hidden behind his oversized cloak. Entering his office with a smile and a bit of humility towards the much smaller kobold, he began...
"Factotum, there's much for us to discuss..."

The Kobold looks up from his table, closes the folder he had in front of him and pushes it away.
"What is it, Factotum?"
The ancient lizard's one good eye fixes on the amulet for a moment but then it looks up at the Drow's face again. Ra'zeth does know enough about Kbolds to guess that this one it tired, on the verge of exhaustion- and he knows enough about hidden weaponry to notice the crossbow hidden beneneath the desk. However it is not aimed at him- just held ready, just in case- the small lizard seems to be expecting the worst.

The large drow took a seat, and began to slowly explain to the kobols what his plan was.
"Well, my friend, y'know as well as I zhat we are compromized, on every level. I bring zhe tools and methods to find our enemy... but what we do with zhem whence we find out, is still up for discussion, for zhe Gatehouse is out of the question.
My suggestion is too zomehow start from zhe highest lot... zhe Duke and his inner most circle. If we can be certain dat zhey're naut possessed, we 'ave a far better chance at fending zhis plague off, wouldn't you say?"

"You are sure this trinket will work on all of them?"
The kobold lifts a gnarled claw to gesture at the amulet.
"If yes.. go to work. I will get one of the lesser vaults emptied so we can use it as a makeshift holding cell. Sadly the Duke is not here but try to clear as many factioneers as possible."
He looks at Ra'zeth, blinks once. "Good luck. I will stay in here and try to run the business as good as possible. After all Sigil's finances must be managed.... the Mercykiller Factol just requested money for weapons again. Again.", the kobold mutters. "Paperwork, paperwork...."

"Stay zafe my friend."
The drow nodded respectfully at the tired kobold, gave him a gentle pat on the shoulder and left his office behind. The Factotum then glanced at a nearby map of the Hall on the wall, and planned out a peculiarly long-winded path from point A to B. His plan: to systematically meet up with as much people as possible, clearly displaying his aberration repellent amulet and holding one hand on the Cerulean Sign invoking bone-wand.
"Let's zhee how many freaks are zhere to cleave up..." He thought to himself with a silent chuckle, then began his 'extermination'.

The Drow moves through the Halls, gets a few curious looks from a few takers who perhaps wonder what he does in secrors he usually does not visit. It takes a few hours but then he finds his first prey:
A gnome, one of the oldest and most expierenced Tax collectors in the rank of a Factotum shirks back from the amulet, eyes wide, trying to rush out of the room.

Having no better idea, the drow wrangles the insect into an empty bag of holding.
"Zhat, my friends, is our foe... zhe Cerulean Sign is what keeps zhese filthy abberrations at bay! Our 'friends' at the Foundry have plenty of zhese in stock." He addressed the gathered crowd, then continued his route down the hallways.
