Xallisine begins to notice a certain trend during his rounds of tax collection as a newly initiated Namer of the Fated, mostly concerning the various Planes walkers that roam Sigil in hopes of plunder in one of the many easy to access Planes. Whenever approached in regards to outstanding fees, they simply reply they are temporary residents and are "unemployed" or have "no profession". This is bad for the records and Xallisine believes a lot of jink is going unaccounted for and thus begins to dive into the Hall of Records... records.

Currently he is looking for any taxes or fees that apply to the "unemployed" or "temporary" residents, if his research comes up with nothing substantial, he moves a report to a Factotum about a potential opportunity to rake in a substantial fee from the common but often overlooked (or simply crafty) Planes walkers that remain tax free. The wares they bring in from across the multi-verse may eventually get accounted for as they enter Sigil, but the 'freelancers' themselves have too much jink and not enough to spend it on, as far as Xallisine is concerned and hopes the higher ups will be equally concerned. :plotting:

Your concern on this matter speaks well of your duty and dedication.  If I may offer a word of advice. Planewalkers often carry a wide array of strange items exotic equitment and dangerous weapons into Sigil from other planes.  These things are often quite valuable and as such duty must be paid on them each time they are brought into the city.

*slurped and gurgled to himself happily at the response and looked to harass returning groups from said Planes with salvage duties and exotic imports taxes*
