Time flies and the folders are many. Sill needs to get something on her hands in time before things turn ugly.

The business of one berk had workers protesting. This looks like bloodshed in nearby future.

There are many excuses to start looking into this: the call of the workers who want to hire guard, the promise of money from exploiting the weakness from both sides, plain hatred of Baatezu.

But one Factotum had other reasons as she sifted through records on the manufacture. She pilfered through records of various kind, age old and new.

There must be something that can be done!

Sil's researches where not in vain, she was able to find that the Factory ownership was, oddly enough transferred immediately after the death of Richard Ghelin, the last official successor. The contract specify that his apparently had chosen Bael'Zai as his heir.

The blond brow was lifted after finding one certain document. This certainly was not typical deal.

There must be more to this than meets the eye. Mind domination? Extortion?

Now, Sill changed venue a bit, to see documents pertaining the previous owner. Somewhere have been a slip about what happened. Giant scam that ended his fortune? Sale gone wrong, threatening to shut him out of business? Perhaps followed with sizable loan...

She was still onto it. If there was a chance to depose the fiend from owning something, this was it!

As far as she could go through the records, she'll find after the original success of Ameln & Ghelin, things slowly started to go downhill since the moment Ameln & Ghelin started to make a lot of transactions with Baator, at this point the factory ownership changes often, sons, cousins, all less experienced that the others all doing mistakes before eventually giving up or disappearing.

Soon there were documents gathered in certain order, from glorious past to the miserable present. In addition, there were additional letters and files to link with the Baator's involvement.

Sillxhistraja looked again through the folder with the materials gathered. Blue eyes flickered from page to page, bob of head sealing the deal.

This folder with attached letter was sent in circulation from her to one high-up.

"Dear Fated compatriots.

I feel there is an opportunity to the business involved.

Recently, there was an uproar on the object A (check the folder), which was under management of certain associate H-23 (no, really, check the folder).

To simplify the deal - the ownership can be wrestled if business becomes too costly.

Right now the workers of the industrial object A are refusing to work. Considering that most of them are Indeps, our allies in the Cage, it makes sense that we should take opportunity and support them.

There are many possible benefits aside from increase of Indep support. the main being manufacture becoming not worth the upkeep for the associate H-23 and affecting the change of ownership. That is where we come out. Under our management, the treasury of the Faction will grow, strengthening our might.

If we do nothing, however, we might lose many allied citizens to mercenaries, or worse, Harmonium. And get no profit.

One of solution is to protect the workers and stall the negotiations with unfavorable outcome for the current owner. I think our ties to the Guvners can be useful here.

Factotum Sillxhistraja Fernalit."

Now, she went to prepare for action coming and wait for answer, the pecking order sorting out the documents by expected juggling from one superior to another...

Factotum Ra'z and a few namers he seems to have got along with just fine would knock at Sill's office.

"Yea, we'll keep zhe devils at bay whilst ye negotiate fer our friends tae get better workin' conditions... and we get a share of the profits fer it." he stated bluntly after formal greetings, a grin on his face.

Sall nearly jumped out of the chair when she saw Ra'zeth, greeting him warmly. After hearing what he had to say, girl cocked her head to the side.

"Wow..."

She hastily recoils.

"Don't get me wrong! I am quite flattered that you think I am capable negotiator, but I have no knowledge of laws to protect the delegation from arrest on site. I think we should get a good lawyer."

There is a quick wink.

"Although, loving your initiative. See you there. Hope Duke will grant support for this."

She then walked out of the cabinet, tickling the side of the armored male with her fingers before exiting.

wrote:Fated Sillxhistraja, today known as Sall, visited the place of the protest, watching what happens. It seems there was quite an uproar. Fortunately, her arrangements for a guvner made chances of favorable negotiations better.

Or worse.

Many eager hands were waiting for the sign of trouble, but that was not important. Too many Factions became involved, the open fight threatening to level the ward and sow discord.

Now, however, dark elf was interested in another part of things she needed to do. With that, Fated started to look for the leaders of the workers' union in the crowd.
One of the leaders, a large muscled Maul looked at the drowess.

- What is it you want lass ? Another factioner trying to get his part of tha' cake ?

Small drow was turning around to the voice when she bumped into iron-hard chest of Maul. She looked up in faked awe.

The leader everyone mentioned was almost as huge as they told.

"Woah! Big!"

There was a pause of several seconds after the question, the eyelashes of elf flapping few times.

"Wait, you have cake? Oh, just kidding." The laugh was short, woman, leaning with shoulder on the man's torso.

"Well, yes, kinda. I'd like to discuss helping you. All of you." There was insinuating movement of brow.

The workers listened, frowning as she spoke.

- Heh... and who are you to help us ? Some of our guys already left listening to doomguard's promises and all that crap.
