The note on the first bag reads as follows:

Divide By Zero(pet's owner is either hiding or missing, to make matters worse it has a tendency of blowing itself up, causing uproar and public property's damage, payed by Phantom)

Jall Golgherro(payed by*gasp* Nero Urbane)

Animal of Big Drum(HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE!!!)

The note on the bigger bag reads as follows:

Taxpayer:

Nero Urbane-access to the archive required, to determine the debt and weather or not the payment is sufficient enough to cover it. In case of debt coverage-request to use leftover jink for the purposes of covering future debt.

(The berk loves skirts, it is recommended to engage him in tax collecting while he is engaged in dialog with females).

The next day, Rylif walks into the Hall of Records, carrying two small purses with note attached to each purse.


The first note reads as follows:

Mirth(The Barmy Clueless)-payed in full.

Rylif turns around and walks towards the free clerk desk, to begin filling his report. Finally, upon reaching the table, he crashes into the chair and groans

"I'm really starting to hate carnivals!"
