Sigil: City of Doors

A fresh Fated Named Rylif walks up to the clerk and hands over a sizable, stitched, old bag. Upon examination the bag is full of all sorts of items from precious stones and jink to woman's dress, unmentionables and even a glass eye. Rylif, than takes out his notebook and tears out a page out of, which holds a list of people along with some suggestions.

Taxpayers:

Veit Gorunn(prize customer, pays with gems and precious stones)

Alista(likes to run away)

Shale(bad news, likes to cause trouble, uses Dimensional Door to flee)

Notary Kour(paladin, ugh)

Kistis Nestlin(tries to lie out of taxpaying)


Tax Evaders:

Sorith The Drow(possibly hides her jink in her skirt, holds two nasty daggers, clueless, Hold Person is recommended to be cast prior of tax collecting)

Vrot The Dumb(and Ugly...and surprisingly fast Hold Person spell is recommended before collecting tax)

Partial Payers:

Crugo The Half-Orc(threatened to smash face, agreed to pay half the tax, it is recommended to hire some muscle(s) before collecting the rest and interest...and tax for additional manpower)

Garak The Clueless Gnoll(partial payment, still owes one third of the tax plus interest, possible forced laborer)
