Reina delivers a brief notice, as well as a painting to the Hall of Records. The notice reads:
"It may interest those of the Fated to know of an illiterate member with no name has knowingly taken the entirety of the contents of a charity chest. This goes directly against the Fated dogma of 'earn what you take'. I have had a few dealings with this nameless person, and commissioned an artist to draw his likeness for purposes of identification. He is a shadow genasi who typically wears dark clothing and wraps his head in cloth."

The painting was of Khwam, and was of professional make- perfectly displaying his likeness as Reina had encountered him multiple times prior.
