Once satisfied with his silent selection he then approaches three different aides within based off of his observations and excludes them from the rest of the group. He looks to each squarely in the eye before he began to speak.*

"We have a task to complete. I want a list of active... or inactive Administrators and Bureau Chiefs within the Fraternity of Order. I then want the list compiled to this format.. *He looks to each to ensure their attention as he holds up document requesting the desired information. Starting with his own.*

"We have 24 man hours to get this accomplished. That means you each... have eight to get this completed. Now... lets go to work."
