I am pleased to inform you that after extensive review, items 1,2,3, and 6 have been approved by the board. We do not have enough information regarding Item 4, so a decision on that has been deferred until we receive more from you regarding:

a) The building
b) Name and information regarding the "adjacent properties"
c) Proof of Jink spent obtaining items a) and b).


Items 5 and 7 were not discussed.
