The investigation results regarding Tower of Hildmor, Cartel grounds and the scene of combat between Hildmor and Nienna are forwarded to Garen Seph. Detailed reports by the leading officers at scene.

Report Upon Under Sigil Cartel Search
Report Upon Serpents Gaze Search
Report Upon Tower of Hildmor d'Kridis Search
Report Upon The Fight Scene Search

The overall picture seems to go around that the locations had been cleaned previous to investigation, some weeks missing information here and there as if the places had been abandoned, or many operational informations removed prior to investigation. The investigation upon tower shows at later date the error made in Harmonium account as the suspect Raven had been spotted, and followed all the way to the portal of Dis.

Another letter from Nimue is delivered to the courts.
Greetings Fraternity of Order After consulting with my client, I am obliged to inform the court that my client wishes to exercise his right as a Citizen of Sigil to represent himself at the trial. The defense shall from this point on be led by Mr. Hildmor d'Kridis himself with myself providing legal counsel and taking care of such matters as may present themselves and are delegated to me. We have discussed the subject of the Harmonium's demand for a geas of secrecy, and we are willing to both submit to such a geas so long as the formulation of the geas is made available for review before it is cast upon us. With this demand met, I shall expect the current evidence to be made available to us as soon as possible to enable adequate preparation for the trial. In light of this I submit the following motions in preparation for the trial: Hildmor d'Kridis to be released on bail It shall be impossible for my client to adequately prepare his defense within the confines of a Harmonium cell. The previous trials have shown that the Harmonium is not without malice towards my client, and does not feel that their presence will enable him the privacy and resources necessary to direct his defense. To remedy the issue I submit that my client should be released on bail, subject to a geas compelling him to attend trial should the court demand such. Full list of witnesses and evidence to be made available to the defense My client and myself are willing to submit to a geas of secrecy provided that the formulation of the geas is made available for review before it is cast. Once the geas has been put in place, the Harmonium condition having been satisfied, we request that any evidence currently available be released to us so that we may adequately prepare for the upcoming trial. Given that most evidence would seem to consist of witness testimony, it is important that the character of the witnesses and the relation of the witnesses to the alleged crime and the defendant can be ascertained. Sincerely, Representing Hildmor d'Kridis, Nimue Bellator [/li]

Garen gives his official stance, on these issues, to the judge so there are no further arguements once decisions are met.

No objections

If Geas is applied: List of witnesses; No objection. List of evidence; No objection. Original evidence will "not" be handed over. If copies can be produced then no objection handing over copies. Witnesses will not be approached by either d'Kridis or his council for any reason whatsoever outside of court. This must be applied in the geas.

Hildmor d'Kridis to be released on bail
It shall be impossible for my client to adequately prepare his defense within the confines of a Harmonium cell. The previous trials have shown that the Harmonium is not without malice towards my client, and does not feel that their presence will enable him the privacy and resources necessary to direct his defense. To remedy the issue I submit that my client should be released on bail, subject to a geas compelling him to attend trial should the court demand such.
No objection but Bail should reflect the severity of the charges and the worth of the client.

As stated, copies of evidence will be submitted but not original evidence. Private statements collected by the prosecution will not be submitted as they are a reflection of the prosecutions case and not considered evidence.

A letter arrives to all the court participants, a trail date has been set with Judge Majors presiding. Evidence supporting or refuting the charges are to be made available to both the prosecution and defense.
