There were no threats. No where does he threaten to cause you any harm in any of your supposed statements... no where. Not once does he say "I'll have you killed" or "your bones will be broken" or we will bring you harm" or "you're going to bleed" or... well... anything at all. These are vague statements and you do a fine job on wasting the courts time by using up its resources on such petty insults aimed at you. Face it... your fragile honour was hurt and you wanted to get even... so you concocted this plan to harm him in court. There is no offers of bribes, nothing.
Pathetic really. Are you so hurt by schoolyard taunts that you needed to bring it this far and waste all of our time? Are you such a fragile flower that something like
"...In any case case, here's the deal. *He slides a small gem over the table* Fifty thousands in two months and you can become a carefree treehumper you were."
is considered a threat? Really? What are you... five?
Your honour. This witness has wasted the courts time long enough. Is this all the prosecution has to bring to trial? An elf with hurt feelings over some strong statements? How much time and money has to be spent on such frivality?
It would be best for the court to ensure the prosecution is not going to continue to waste the courts time with such... tales of hurt feelings.

If the first "bribery" stone was included in this court case, Agranwen would give her testimony at the stand.
"Well, I had just come into the bazaar and went to Khazeets bar as usual, I saw Isendis and Hildmor sitting at the far left table... I got a drink and went to stand by one of the chairs nearby."
"At first I asked if they were busy, Isendis said they'd just be a moment or something to that effect, after which Hildmor continued to whisper, I overheard him say "Reverie on my offer, I'd like to stay... polite"... or along those lines. After which Isendis said that Hildmor had just tried to bribe him and partially blackmail him into altering his testimony so it looked good for Hildmor at the trial. I think he was going to pay him something like 2,000 jink? All the same, they were indeed talking on that day and I heard him say those last words."
Agranwen who wasn't strong of will, would most definately be subject to the zone of truth successfully and reply as such.

"Your Honour if I may, I've not got this sensory stone on me, nor seen it... as you might guess this bribery talk happened before the first trial which was quite some time ago. I can't say word for word what I heard because it's been such a long time and I don't have a perfect memory, but my words will match up with the sensory stone.

Also, your honour, the prosecution never declared her as a witness at the start of trial and then didn't request the courts approval for her to take the stand. Defence was not made aware of the witness in any form.

The prosecution did not list her as a witness in the beginnings of these proceedings and therefore her remarks are hereby stricken from the records. If the prosecution wishes to present the sensory stone mentioned in the stricken remarks, which I believe was registered as evidence, it would be encouraged at this time"
