Hildmor sighs, gazing around the courtroom for a moment, a pretty bored expression on his face. He then takes an empty piece of parchment and writes a pretty damn lengthy note, which is then passed to a bailif.

The gauth lets out a gutteral sigh after reading the notes at the podium and addresses Cratten
"I will now ask a single question of the prosecution, a simple yes or no question. Answer me in no more than one syllable. I see no record of arrest warrents for Khazeet or McStickley, so this begs the question: did you arrest McStickley when you brought him in for questioning?"

Cratten gets up to speak and he does not seem very pleased
- Yer honor... this is an insult to the Harmonium. Not only did we request arrest warrants for these two ye mentioned, but I also got them granted and was requested to sign them myself, so look through the records again. Now I'm being questioned in trial of which I am not an accused in, questioned even more than the witnesses OR the accused is. If this trial does not cease moving in this course I will have to deem the court partial in the matter, I do seem to recall yer honor was in advisor role to the Iron Tusk Clan when they were so keen to hand over the Under Sigil Village to the Syndicate, which for court record is owned by the accused, Hildmor d'Kridis. I hope ye can prove me wrong yer honor, but my faith is fading. I will allow no more of this mockery to ensue. Will we move on with the court or will I take this matter to Arcadia instead? [/li]

*Charles slides a paper to Hildmor and makes no effort to shield it from the bailiff if he is inclined to look. It simply states*
This is the same thing he did in the last trial. Stand up in moral outrage and threaten and accuse the judge into getting what he wants. When are these people going to restrain him?

Hildmor shrugged at Charles' note and passed another one to a bailif by the end of Cratten's speech...

Isendis sighs, and writes a note, passing it to the bailiff when he comes to collect it.

Rith snickers quite uncontrollably as Cratten is taken to a jail cell.
"Don't drop the soap, Cratten." he would whisper to himself.
Rith would leave the courtroom, barely unable to contain his laughter.

Cratten remains standing
- "So to Arcadia it is... I will leave this courtroom yer honor, but the prisoners are still Harmoniums thus I have the authority to bring them with me. Harmonium... we're leaving, seize Hildmor d'Kridis and ensure that Evrin McStickly is brought to the barracks with us. The court will be held in Arcadia instead then. The court is adjourned... ah wait, that's supposed to be yer line. [/li]

Ahhhh yes... *fixes a small pile of papers* The same Notary who put a loan application in only a matter of hours after one of the witnesses was arrested in a potential attempt to force testimony... The same Notary who publically slandered the witness in the paper while the trial began... yes... I'm sure you would make for an impartial prosecution. Why don't we simply allow the Chaosmen to stand in as well...
