If the current trial includes the first Sensory stone as evidence... Agranwen is a witness to that and I can post her testimony in that case. I just haven't seen the first stones dialogue posted so I don't know if it's counted in this trial.

This doesn't include evidence from the first trial (not sure if the stone is from that trial or not). Only two stones were noted by the prosecution, the bribery and the threat.

Ultimately it's up to the DM's but if it's gonna drag it out even longer... I "officially" move to have the stone lost or something, hehe.

Oh well the first stone was the bribery one, so in that case I'll post up quickly my testimony and leave it up to DMs / Judge on whether to count it

Hopefully you have the actual chat log (which should always be used if a sensory stone is put forth) because if you don't... it'll take a bunch more back and forth banter due to the fact it'll simply be an opinion and not sensory fact.

As Sareth / Shadowblizmasta said, they've both got copies of the stone so, I'm sure one of them will see this and post the conversation for everyone.

Or they could just stand up as a witness. A direct testimony is a lot more convincing than a sensory stone.

*Edit* Okay as I derped very hard earlier... I do have the stone and will get around to posting it... but I have to type it up from the IG stone, which will take ages sooooo.. here goes. Putting said stones info here for DM / Judge / whatever to use in the trial if needed.

wrote:*As you lay your hands down upon the Sensory Stone, all of your senses are drawn to a time in Khazeets bar, a wine glass in front of you. A man clad in White and black silk walks up to you, with a darkly armored women in tow, offering a "business" deal*

Isendis: I only do business chat one on one. Tell your dog to stand down.
Hildmor: To be frank, your testimony will be nothing more than an inconvenience for me. I propose you change it, or even cancel the report.

Hildmor: Raven *waves hand dimissively* Get yourself something to drink.

Raven: Dog? *snickers* Big words from a little rabbit in white.
*some of the conversation becomes difficult to hear over the din of other conversations in the bar, but it sounded like a taunt on Isendis' part*
Hildmor: And you, as an elf, may know that a bow can be as deadly in close combat if wielded skillfully.

Isendis: So, you mean to intimidate me into changing my testimony?

Hildmor: I am unsure that crazy... Yuan-Ti thing would report it anyway. And it would save you and me the inconvenience of admitting to court.

Isendis: A half blood.

Isendis: Fascinating how... stupid most of those here are. Typically they are quite intelligent and cunning.

Hildmor: Indeed

Hildmor: So do you agree? *tilts his head*

Isendis: I don't see what I get out of this deal.

Hildmor: *smirks slightly*

Hildmor: Smart man, two thousands should be enough. And the same sum for your friend Xan over there.

Isendis: Bribery as well, hm. Two thousand is such a small sum, though...

Hildmor: I am saving your and my time. Besides, it's best for you to be on my more affable side, said without a threat.

Isendis: If it is such a simple matter to get away clean, why worry? I would look just as much a fool for dropping the charges quietly.

Hildmor: It's much easier for me if this case doesn't get a go with the Guvners, that's all. Just change your testimony in my favour. Even though I don't really care, it's always better for one not to jump around the court too often.

Hildmor: *glances over his shoulder at Xan* Miss, could you come over here? There are things to discuss.

Isendis: *strokes his neck with a knuckle*

Xan: *blinks* Very well...

Isendis: I would need to sleep on it. Such a decision is not one to take lightly, I'm sure you understand.

Xan: May I sit?

Hildmor: Yes, let me just explain the situation to Xan here quickly.

Hildmor: Of course.

Xan: *sits holding her wine, watching Hildmor*

Hildmor: Yesterday, you testified to the Harmonium and most likely not in my favour. I would greatly appreciate it if that testimony was changed. As far as my informants go, you spoke with them for quite some time...

Xan: *looks out of place but sits and listens*

Xan: ... Me?

Xan: I'm... unsure as to what this has to do with me... I hadn't mentioned anything about you?

Hildmor: Well then, why would you speak with them for such a long time?

Xan: Isendis is the first person I've spoken to here for a longer period of time, besides one other I wandered into in the Grey Wastes. He is an informant of yours?

Hildmor: *chuckles softly*

Isendis: Not everyone knows everyone that works for you, I assure you. *sips his wine*

Hildmor: No, but I was informed that you were speaking with the Harmonium after my arrest.

Isendis: Informed wrongly, she had not.

Xan: *nods*

Hildmor: *nods* I'll trust you on that. You're free to leave and thank you for the time spared. *smiles*

Xan: You're welcome. Aluve. *leaves*

Isendis: Greetings Agranwen.

Agranwen: I don't suppose I'm interrupting? *looks between the two*

Isendis: I believe our business was just concluding, hmm?

Hildmor: Alright, so it seems the rest of the payment is going to you if you agree to my terms.
Indeed.
Isendis: I will think about it. Not a decision to take lightly.

Hildmor: Have a pleasent reverie on it and don't mention this to the Harmonium. I'd prefer myself to stay... polite.

Isendis: Of course.

Hildmor: *leaves*
*phew* Finally done... feel free to use this in the trial because as Shadowblizmasta said multiple times (and it's listed on the evidence in the trial), this is the first sensory stone. Hope it helps!
As pointed out by Reptiller, this is yes, a copy of the stone given to Ea'ral, so if that information is required in trial then go ahead... I'll also point out it's completely unaltered.
