On her way out of the archives for the evening, Aide Kaltia Tsaryov pauses at the information retrieval counter and provides the clerk there with a formal informational request. Said request is filled out in neatly scripted handwriting, and it appears to have been carefully reproduced in triplicate. One full request for each of the different filing and archiving intake clerks working in the Triad Operational Records department. The subject of the request is for a copy of, or viewing of, the Triad's Bylaws of Organization for each branch of the Triad. Particularly those in relation to the methods and procedures for the processes of restructuring. Once the request is filed, Kaltia thanks the clerk on duty and settles into one of the nearby desks to wait for a response. Soon after, she finds herself rather absorbed in her most recently acquired book on legal standards of evidence.

Kaltia's request is approved within a few days. Several works come recommended if she is interested in inter-Triad affairs, including. . .

A few cycles later, a very similar scene occurs. Aide Kaltia files an additional trio of intricately constructed informational requests. The requests go to the same batch of clerks, but instead of the bylaws, she request the minutes kept of any and all meetings within the past five years worth of the Triad's organizational hearings or gatherings where policy changes were either proposed or enacted. This time, however, once the documents are filed she thanks the clerk politely, and departs back towards the entrance to the Undersigil. Fully expecting that the request would take some time to be fulfilled.

Another request for a filing comes in two more cycles down the line, only this time brought in by another Aide on Kaltia's behalf. The new request is for a copy of the contract on file between the Harmonium and the Doomguard, wherein the Doomguard is contractually obliged in providing most, if not all, of the weaponry that is being used by the Harmonium. The document asks that the copy be added to the file of things previously requested.

On her way through the Lady's Ward the next cycle, Kaltia pauses over at the city courts. She waves a greeting to the bailiffs at the entrance, appearing unusually cheerful for the morning as the Rakshasas makes her way around to the Clerk of Records counter and waiting patiently her turn to speak with the Aide on duty. When she is finally called forward, the feline hands over a trio of requests to be filed and remains long enough to share in bit of good natured banter with the Aide in regard to taking their A10 exam. At some point in the conversation Kaltia provides the Aide a handful of jink, mentioning how she hopes it will be enough for them to get themselves a drink on her during their next break. Eventually the cat departs the Clerk's counter and quickly disappears into the labyrinthine series of bookshelves situated within the courts legal reference library.

- The first two of the documents are addition requests for names to be added to the rolls of those taking the Guvner's - Aide Entrance Examination. (( Dora and Als ))

- The third is a request for a reference listing of any research projects or legal cases in which a Guvner Xavier Salt has been involved.

The first two documents seem simple enough to arrange for. Aide entrance exams, after all, are fairly regular affairs.

Matters involving Xavier Salt, however, are somewhat more complicated, and far more extensive.

A5 Salt does not seem to be especially active in any ongoing research projects, barring those which relate directly to his past or active cases. Those cases, however, are quite numerous. The vast majority of them appear to be as the defense lawyer in criminal cases involving (but not limited to) murder, conspiracy, smuggling and outright terrorism.

In fact, calling it a majority would be an understatement; there are exactly four of his cases over the last eleven years of practice in which he represented a Triad official. He has, however, represented other Factioneers.

Needless to say, going over the full extent of his cases will take some time.

Amid her other filings for the cycle with the court clerks, Kaltia submits a request for all of the court filings, records, and documents, having to with one Citizen by the name of Khazeet, and/or related to the outcome of the Mimir killer murder trial in which he was involved.

It was certainly a good couple cycles until an aide rushed the requested documentation to A6 Tsaryov's desk. The records seemed strangely thin, but the reasoning for such minimal records lay in their contents

File 1
Charges of pre-meditated murder of the Bleaker, Odette Vieuxpont.
- Evidence: Numerous accounts of seeing the murder take place within Khazeet's very own bar in the Bazaar. Defendant admitted they indeed did it. Though stipulating under the thumb of the Mimir Killer. Supposedly being blackmailed by the Mimir Killer. Reports on either his daughter being held, or Khazeet's own life at stake.

Accessory and accomplice to the un-caught Mimir Killer.
- Had been scouting targets for the murderer. Accepting jink as payment to do so. Admitted guilty to this.

Multiple accounts of stealing from the now decimated Foul Olde Spirit Inn over years.
- Items stolen: Alcohol.

Reports filed with the Harmonium.

Arresting officer: Factor Dace Andor of the Mercykillers.

Plead: Guilty

Verdict: Guilty

Punishment: Incarceration within the Mercykiller Prison until parole.
File 2 then had more less relevent information on the amount and nature of warrants the Guvners issued during the week of Khazeet's arrest. It was noted that Administrator Deltana Maedius -re-issued- the arrest warrant for Khazeet.

Next of note was the recorded supposed death date of Odette, more like a note for the case that was received from the Dustmen. Oddly, this date was almost a half year before Khazeet was finally arrested.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA????
