A well dressed woman enters the Courts building and makes her way to the Bureau of Records. She signs in and quietly waits to speak with the Clerk in Charge. When it is her turn, she moves up to the counter and places a folder on it. She speaks while opening the folder, taking out a quill and stamp, along with legal papers with a list of required information written on them.
"Good morning. I have been sent here by Charles Goodman to retrieve copies of all recorded information in regards to the trial and conviction of one..." she moved her finger down the page until she stops at a name "Khazeet. This would include depositions, statements, transcripts, evidence permitted and all other bureaucratic forms, files and documents amassed during the investigation, trial and subsequent post conviction punishment. We understand that this will take some time to collect these, now, public records and politely request notification of readiness be sent to Mister Goodmans office in the Clerks Ward."
She would then check off all the required information and slide the paper across the counter to the clerk. Then she set down a leather merchants satchel and opened it, revealing many tradebars and other currencies. "I would like to pay for your efforts up front. I'll need a receipt of course."
