Have a trial arranged for the following individuals two days from now:

An elf and human Indep were recently sent to me via Harmonium escort, they are identified as Ymerion and Fargul through records of recent reports of the 'Heroes of Sigil' incident regarding the fictational 'Battle For Sigil' which supposedly happened prior to my return to the City of Doors.

I have been away in Arcadia for a time but more than aware of the goings on from reports by Notaries of the sheer incompitence that has been occuring in the judical system, we shall set things straight by maintaining order, and you shall do your part as per the agreement of the Triad of Order.

They are convicted of the following crimes:
- Armed in public presense.
- Threats of violence to a Harmonium Officer.
- Faction dispute and infaction rebelliousness.
- Minor attempts to ressist arrest and defying the authority of a Harmonium Officer.

They will be given rights to a defence lawyer and I shall forward a prosecution in turn to speak on the witnesses behalf for both parties.

...That is all.

Yours Sincerely:

Measure One Alice Kordiva, Rank One Measure One in the Harmonium Military.

((So, a Trial on Monday this week at ... -Taps chin- 10PM GMT sounds fair. Any disagreements?

Incidently, this will not be a public trial, it will be a private trial which means only the witnesses directly involved with this case and the accused, lawyers and judge may attend.))

((I have school starting from monday, so basically I have to go at 8PM GMT+0. Any time before that thou, would be just fine.
By the way, mind telling me what "infaction rebelliousness" and "faction dispute" stand for...? I didn't know that the Free League counted as a faction :P ))

//It is a recognised faction, yes. Just without real headquarters and much less influence

((Arite so we have two choices, you decide:

Option A )

Ymerion and Fargul have the trial on Monday at seperate times, Ymerion has his trial at GMT6PM and Fargul has his trial at GMT 10PM as suggested, which means Fargul would basically have no problem attending.

Option B )

We delay the event till the weekend next Saturday from todays post, thats the 12th I believe unless my maths is compleatly wrong so the 12th of Febuary at GMT8PM

What do you two prefer :)?

Also:

Faction Rebellion:

Basically means to stirr rebelliousness in the name of a Faction, since the Bazaar is commenly known as Indep territory, the two fighting for their faction would be considered attempting to stir a riot in their factions name.))

(( Well Option A would be logic in that sense that maybe the Guvners wouldnt want them both to be together in order to mess up the courtroom together. On the other hand Option B would be much more relaxed, regarding time issues. I'll go along with what the majority prefers.

((Mondays are totally good for me i can attend both with Sendra as a witness. But weekends are usually best for most players.Or even play as Tieradara as prosecution against the accused unless that's npc run?))

Fargul and Ymerion's cases are dismissed with extreme prejudice.

((Sorry, had some trouble with my router and even now it's still dodgy, so playing would be a real pain seeing how it randomly stops working in every 5 minutes. Really sorry about this, I hope we can do it on saturday instead? :())

Justicar Sendra's report was simple and too the point she witnessed Fargul and Ymerion with weapons drawn and resisting arrest. She also over heard there questioning at the hands of Measure one Kordovia.
