Attempted murder 3 count
Resisting arrest 2 counts
Kidnapping 1 count
Tourer 1 count
Assault on an Officer 2 count
Attempting to incite a Riot 1 count
Attempting to bribe an officer 1 count
Use of a magical device to gain unlawful influence or control(unlawful slavery) 1 count
Statements were sent together with the lawsuit. A Guvner Diviner would prove that they were signed genuinly and willingly. ((Harmonium Board))
Presence of the key witnesses in court is very likely.
((Suitable times for an IG, folks? Though we have so many witnesses that we could simply run this on forums. A willing DM would roll a few dices, counting with the statements, etc. I do not push it to be but I think many people would like to see this having a realistic and fair outcome))

Unlawful magical control 1 extra count
Prison break 1 count.
I also believe that the trial can be concluded without Ashen's presence in court, as it seems there will be no such, soon enough. It is also evident that the case is one of those not many which can be concluded without the accused's personal presence.
