Pardons Issued

Caterina sits at her desk. In front of her she has a list of names twenty four in all. The names are all of people wanted for a minor crime, some although not all are suspected to have ties to The Revolutionary League. Some are still in prison, the pardon bringing an immediate release, others are at large, the pardon meaning they are no longer wanted for their crimes. The thing they all have in common is that none of them is guilty of a violent crime. Caterina signs and stamps the forms. Some are sent to The Barracks, others to The Prison and a copy of each one is retained at the court house. What was discussed on Celestia had begun.
