Slavers Application

The following requests arrive at the Courts.

The lawful Permit to Own Slaves;
The Lawful permit to Trade, sell and purchase Slaves;

The Requester is listed as A Half-Fiend woman by the name of Mila.

Accompanying them are legal documentation of current Slave licencing agreements in several cities in the Hells, most notably the 9th layer, Nessus. Attached is a list (containing about a dozen or so names) of currently owned, yet lawfully kept out of the city, slaves by the requester. A short historical attachment shows the Requester to be a Contractual Slaver or a purchaser of contracts for the purpose of trade. Copies of prior receipts given to beings she previously sold or traded slaves to all list the merchandise as being in "good, healthy and serviceable condition, with a noticeable absence of unnecessary wounds, scars or other damage".

A pouch containing five Hundred Jink, in the form of Tradebars, is with the documentation to cover fees. A return address, an old warehouse in the Lower Ward, is included.
