Arrest warrant for the one known as Phantom.

Charges are as follows:

-Threat of violence against Harmonium (credible threat given the circumstances).
- Public disturbance of trade and peace, creating a veritable horror scene in plain view of everyone.
- Public discharge of a loaded weapon in Bazaar.

Notary 3 Vale Reynolt is the officer threatened.

Suspect is currently in critical care - will require a doctor if arrested, or should be place under arrest in a clinic's supervision until recovered.

Please forward your request for a Warrant to the Harmonium. Until such a time as the offender is arrested and officially handed over to the Fraternity for Trial, it remains a Harmonium matter and must be resolved within their jurisdiction. In that regard, it would be the Harmonium that would issue a warrant for arrest, not the Fraternity. This is not the matter for the courts at this time.
