An envelope to the Fraternity of Order came, envelope bearing seal with Fated emblem. It's content say following.



"Fine day in gloomy Sigil!

We face a problem which needs your expertise in this matter, dear colleagues. Our taxes reports look inconclusive and we need to reevaluate property of certain faces, whose records are late.


It just happens that status of one of them, being a vessel and housing at the same time, is questionable.


From the information some of our members gathered, taxes for individual named Dace Andor are claimed to be done by member of your Faction, named Gnolls Royce. To be honest, it is confusing, since this looks like involvement of third party and is warranted to add additional values to taxations.

I inquire on possibility of getting access to the files involving several cases of taxations that also may be in your care. If I may also add, it is of important note, seeing the recent activities of overzealous nature.

Dear Miss Fernalit,

Members of the Fraternity often offer their services in helping the law-challenged residents of Sigil navigate their taxes. Our records indicate that the Namer Gnolls Royce has offered his services as a lawyer in the past. However, no member of the Fraternity is ever involved except in an advisory capacity. The taxes of this Dace Andor of course remain his responsibility.

The Fraternity does not keep records of taxation; that is the sole prerogative of The Fated.
