"To Whom It May Concern:

I, Drak'Har Melek'Ha, would like to propose a research study involving the Scrolls of Menmur. I currently am in possession of five of such scrolls, and am especially potent at abjurations and protective magics. I wish to outline such a study with superiors at such time is convenient.

I am aware that such an undertaking would also require me to take the tests to become a full Administrator in the order; I will be scheduling such tests at a time as is convenient as well.

After reading through it he writes a swift response:

Aide Drak'Har Melek'ha,

studying the origin, purpose and effects of the scrolls is indeed something we shall give priority to
and you are hereby authorized to begin your studies in Laboratory 3, sublevel 2.

To ensure overall security you may not study the scrolls longer than four hours per day, split down in two shifts of two hours each with a break of at least one hour between them. Another researcher has to be present all the time.

During the whole process you and your collegue will submit to daily examinations by one of our specialist for mindcontrol and possession. This will be done after your work has ended each day.

You are to report any unusual dreams or visions to us immediately, as well as any other unsual ocurrances.

"I must be going barmy," he murmurs, tracing his fingers over the flesh golem plans, tattooed with the crazy words that have been echoed in his mind since finding these things. "But then again, so is everyone who ever makes a breakthrough..."
