Ladies, Sirs,

as you are aware the Harmonium, Mercykillers and other non Triad factions suffer under the effects of what is known as the Scrolls of Memnur.

To ensure the peace of this town and to prevent chaos from spreading in Sigil we invite the Fraternity to work with us to remove this threat and brind back stability and peace.

Several factioneers of Triad and non Tried factions expressed an interest to cooperate already and the Fraternity's knowledge would be most useful.

I agree that the chaos caused by the scrolls and the actions of those determined to possess them poses a threat to the stability of Sigil.  The Fraternity would be interested in assiting you in this matter.  Please inform me of the first convenient time to discuss this in person.
