((Are there any Fraternity Bailiff PCs other than my own? Not that I want to dodge this, but I do not want to write anyone out if they wanted to partake.

///So long as the DM running the event is good with the Mix, it is set up to permit any Fraternity member to join. Just a small event to get some current members a bit of playtime and to meet/mix with some other members.

((ok, thanks!))

After hearing of this matter Hasclaan offers his assistance- while he is mostly a reasearcher these days he is curious about what this may be about and of course he enjoys every opportunity to travel a bit..

Upon hearing of the request Caterina resolves to help. Of course given her rank she is not about to go to transfer a prisoner personally she sends a copy of the original memo to the Bailiff assigned to her Bureau with the following hand written amendment.

I'd appreciate your presence so as that the Bureau can be kept better appraised of the situation.

Sitting at his desk, Fraternity of Order Bailiff, Grahn Ljungstrahd diligently addresses a pile of paperwork regarding the pending transfer of prisoners between the City Barracks, and the City Courts. While his attention is focused on properly filling out forms a clerk passes by the desk and pauses just long enough to drop off some incoming mail at the Bailiff's work station.

Only after completing all the paperwork upon which he was working does the Bailiff turn his attention to the latest mail delivery. Each piece of mail is read in the order of oldest, to newest.

Upon reaching the notice of Request #1057-56, Grahn reaches for a pigeon hole at his desk that contains all prisoner and witness transfer forms. Drawing upon the request form for the information required, the new transfer request is completed, and placed atop the pile of completed documents.

Three pieces of mail later Bailiff Ljungstrahd comes across a note from Administrator Caterina Arnders. He reads it quickly, then reaches to remove the Witness Transfer Request form for Witness #1057-56 from the pile of outgoing forms. With a few quick strokes of a pen his own name replaces that of the Bailiff to which Grahn Ljungstrahd had assigned this duty. A moment later a note is made in the Bailiff's calendar denoting the thyme, and date of the transfer, as well as the changes needed to ensure he was free for this assignment.

All mail read, reviewed, addressed, and filed, Grahn returns to the day's prisoner transfer documentation.
