Some of the fellow Guvners may, or may not note. That the Sun Elf who calls himself Nerruin Ziavuil is around more frequently. He is often greeting familiar faces and otherwise assisting here he could. He makes it clear that anyone wishing a drink, or a fun banter could join him at any time. All they'd need to do is say "hi." Despite all that, his work policy seem to have him always carrying around a different book for his studies in both the Arcane and Law.
