Xander Tyberus Grail... He said to the aide handling the administration in the City Court. The aide nodded and confirmed his name on a list. Drawing out a particular set of documents, an ink well, and quill to hand to him. Then explains the location, expectation and time permitted to complete the assessment with a routine tone and dry expression. The tall, dark aasimar gave a brief, but courteous nod and proceeded to do as instructed.
He takes the time allowed up to nearly the last ten minutes or so to complete, review, and critique his own responses to the examination. Within the last stretch of time he returned the items to the aide who advised him allow time for processing and review. He then pleasantly regarded the aide as he departed taking time to allow his steel grey eyes to float about the halls while he exited the building. I'm... a very patient man. He muttered to himself with a light, almost smug curl of his lip to his chin as he left.
