The antagonists of the operation:

The Cult of Kruphai. Kruphai is a lesser power of some kind, though the nature is unconfirmed. The cult has served his will directly under the guidance of a lich named Aingeru, serving as a High Priest. Though this could be out of date information.

Kakos Kruphai is driven to release his master, who is believed to be a Titan of old known as Prometheus. The cult has been kidnapping signers and using them as sacrifices in the rituals to mark inner planes. Specifically the elemental and quasi planes. They also have outright assassinated some of the Signers. They seem to fear that faction, though reasons are not clear. Some of their attempts have been thwarted, but they would still persist at times. Such rituals performed would help them locate more of the Mnemur scrolls as well as mark the planes. the Mnemur scrolls are apparently a critical piece in releasing Prometheus.

Kruphai himself also had direct control over a pocket plane serving as a central hub for all dreams caused by the scrolls. This has been named "The Nexus". The nightmares people with scrolls had been experiencing for the last year had been coming from the Nexus. Through Kakos Kruphai himself. He was believed to be a god for a while, though investigations have proven the being is not that powerful.

He is expected to be at the final assault in the Plane of Salt. Why the plane of salt is the realm of the final assault is uncertain. But a recovered document of their religion specifies it to be the final plane of contact for them.

The cult itself was first confused to be a cult of Tharizdun. Similar attire and abberation summons, though they are different. Some of the creatures that have been used are largely undocumented before by local lore. Though they seem to have the ability to teleport directly to caches of Mnemur scrolls. This compromised secret vaults unknown to most about the planes at large. This was achieved by rituals performed in the Nexus (as mentioned above). Or possibly from the Nexus itself. It is advised that anyone with the scrolls not bring them into battle as creatures could possibly be drawn to it.

Agents of the cult include, but not limited to undead high priests, mortals, incorporeal beasts and other undead lesser minions. Possible shadow fiends as Kruphai had spent time in the Plane of Shadow.

Kruphai uses nightmares as his greatest weapon. Using fear and doubt against his enemies, showing visions of their darkest doubts. This power is not reflected in his agents but rather from Kruphai himself.

The opposing forces:

Several factions have sent agents to assist in the assault. As well as a few merchant citizens of Sigil and a few planeswalkers that have volunteered to assist. Some of the factions mentioned include: Mercykillers, Harmonium, Doomguard, Society of Sensation, Athar, Sign of One (Note: very few participants and not entirely endorsed by the faction as a whole), Indeps, and now of course, The Fraternity of Order (Aide Grail has volunteered to represent the faction in this mission with the permission of one of the Bureau Chiefs.)

It has also been noted that some mercenaries have been contracted from the Outland. No specific totals were given on the entire force in the interest of preserving battle tactics.

As mentioned, the assault is to take place on the Plane of Salt in less than 48 hours. Most units have already made preparations for the harsh climate as well as a few other citizens that have given supplies to assist.

Further documentation shall be retained and submitted upon the finality of the assault.

The answer is quick:

It is a thick folder holding all the documents needed to take the tests necessary for promotion. There is just a single note attached to it:

*Administrator Grail submits a notice regarding the post report suggesting that due to availability of the sources and necessary recovery time for some of the soldiers, the final report will be concluded the following weekend or soon as possible.*

((Rather tough to do during the holidays but will complete it when time permits. Which should be this weekend. Info will be slightly dated, but only so much time available this week.))
