A motion has been formally submitted by Administrator Grail for the murder of the Harmonium Senior Notary Vale Reynolt. The Indept known as Altair has been accused, apprehended, and detained within the Harmonium Barracks for the legal holding duration of 48 hours. A request is made for a judge to over see the hearing and scheduled date for the trial.
Administrator Grail (A9) has been requested by Factor Dace Andor of the MercyKillers to serve as prosecuting attorney in the case. A9 Grail has accepted the request provided permissions of the Fraternity are in place.
According to Factor Andor a witness is in protective custody prepared to testify.
