A memo is sent out to the current active Aides within the Guvners. A training seminar is scheduled for the Aides for the 5th day of the following month (August 5th, 2016). 11 days following this notice.

Seminar: Fraternity of Order Rising Scholar Initiative

Facilitator: Administrator Xander Tyberus Grail, A6

Goals: Train selected aides on legal procedures and best practices to assist in career advancement within the Fraternity of Order, Bureau of Courts. Successful participation, completion, and comprehension of the seminar permits the aides opportunity to to be tested for advancement to the rank of A10. Facilitator is responsible for determining competency of participants for testing.

Syllabus:

      - Agenda
      - Resources for the Fraternity of Order.
      - A Guvner's place within the Triad.
      - Legal procedures of due process.
      - Assistance and etiquette in investigation procedures (Asking the right questions).

Questions will be answered following each topic.

Time: 3:00pm (gmt-5/est). Schedule subject to change per availability, though prior notification to the Administrator is required for rescheduling.

Duration: 1 to 1 and a half hours is the target.

      - Karra Malakai (Hydra)
      - Alloces Gomory (Trigonometry)
      - Hussain Aali Al-Aqator (Huelander)

Other participants may be considered for the initiative and are not required to be of the rank of Aide if notification is presented to the administrator in a timely manner.
