Quinn statement:
-A dispute broke out when Araki Yasuyo and one of hindle's vampires.
-Cant say where the bloodshed started. Araki struck down a fiend that had been with him. He then tried to intervene and stop more bloodshed.
-The vampire mentioned Altair, Kaltia and a winter wolf named Yuki
-He cast Reduce person on the aggressor, if nothing else to disrupt the fighting enough to get his attention.
-He began whirling around, lashing out wildly
-It seemed appropriate to try Solipsism, a spell designed to isolate an individual and coax them to cease fighting by granting an illusion of safety
- He assumed the spell failed as he woke up in the Festhall with another woman, Miss Lorn claiming she and Kaltia had healed a grievous wound
-He now has a scar upon his chest from the assault
- Factor Dace suggested that he file charges and Deltana concurred.
Interview with Altair:
-Altair was turning himself in over the treason business. Araki tried to drag him off to safety. Others were split down the middle.
-Half wanted him to get to safety, others looking to what they wanted to do.
-Tses tried to do something, Araki then pulled his sword and ran her through. Quinn shrunk him to try and sort it out. But it didn't last and Araki ran him through.
-He, Yuki, and Tia jumped on him to get him to stop. He since heard that his "spirit passed on", but believes that could be Mimirs spouting rubbish. He would probably do something similar in that situation.
-He was the one who Araki wanted to take to Limbo.
-Alliezabellen is a friend of Araki.
Tsesaria De'Qiray statement:
-She was attacked by Araki. Had she been human it would have killed her.
-Araki was dragging someone off against their will, he wouldn't stop even when warned.
-As the situation began to escalate she tried to stop him before conflict broke out, using a non violent but still aggressive spell (Hold Monster) trying to hold him against his will until the individual had been released.
-When the spell failed, she offered no resistance. He drew his sword and attacked without warning. She fell quickly then.
-The one being dragged off wanted to turn themselves in, but Araki was trying to prevent them from doing so by taking them to Limbo.
-His reasoning was to make sure the person was safe as it was a set up so the person was innocent
-Others present, a large wolf, a female human, and a dark haired male caster. The caster was attacked as well.
-Tses would not give up the name of the one who was dragged off.
-Tses would not press charges at the moment upon Araki.
