the goblin Jimbri, stupid and idiotic like most of his kin, goes to the central court, finds an unlucky aide to help him fills the forms to press charge against Licca for poisoning (or intoxication?) from her baked samples pubblicy displayed. samples that the goblin ate. Then sits on a bench in the court , and waits to be called. too bad he has no idea how long it will take, so he might wait for very long. if his request ever makes its way, of course.

The goblin's forms are taken by an aide, from inside her office Caterina looks on with sympathy for the poor man patiently helping Jimbri fill out the paper work, and she offers a silent prayer of thanks to Wee Jas that it is no longer her job to do so. Once the papers have been filled in and after Jimbri has safely left she approaches.
"Was that about the cake stand?"
The Aide handling the papers a smartly dressed dwarfwith a neatly clipped beard nods.
"Yes that's the conclusion we reached eventually."
"Well file them and have them sent to the Ad Hoc Bureau of courts."
"They'll actually look at this?"
"Eventually after they are done with the arrests from operation buzzsaw, all the murders thefts acts of vandalism, and everything else in the backlog I am sure someone will decide whether or not this is in the public interest."
She stops and considers.
"How long to goblins live?"
