A short simple letter arrives to the higher ups in the Guvners.

"To the Fraturnity of Order.

"It has come to our attention that some of your members have begun issuing writs of arrest to the members of the Harmonium. Now, while there is no problem with this we would like to remind you that we do have a chain of command that will be followed and respected, and should you have an open investigation that requires the detaining and arresting of one or more individuals, we remind you to submit it to the proper rank of Measure, Mover or higher. We remind you that the Measures are the ones in charge of troop rosters, patrols schedules as well as the logistics of daily Harmonium affairs on the ground level, (out in the streets). The Movers are the ones who have the great burden of political assessments and decisions and they are the ones who hand down decrees and orders of major movements and orders to execute stratagems the Harmonium deems nessisary for the administration of harmony. If the ranking command of the Harmonium decides your requests and warrants have merit then they will of course be carried out with the utmost effeciency.

Garen reads the copy he has and simply files it in the cabinet near his desk.

The letter was passed down to Charae's desk. She read through the note and made a face. "Humans and their knee-jerk reactions." she said to her Namer before penning her response.

Addressing your previous letter to our faction, I would like clear up any possible misinterpretation of our request. The Red Death are not in the habit of issuing writs of arrest to the members of the Harmonium. We leave that detail to our trusted partner the Fraternity of Order, who are then responsible for contacting your illustrious organization. It is after all your organization's arm that make the arrests. We are well aware of the chain of command but we do appreciate you taking your time to voice your concern.

In this non-incident, the Fraternity issued your organization a warrant for the arrest of an individual under the reasonable suspicion that they were involved with the Revolutionary League. Whether you wished to acknowledge the warrant was entirely up to your organization. Notary Thorn responded to me afterward and asked for my assistance in the arrest. In the spirit of our alliance as the Triad, I have no problems leaving my duties at the prison to assist the Notary in his. I only theorize that his Measure either passed down the assignment to him after accepting it or was not present when the letter was delivered. Had you spoken to Notary Thorn, this confusion may have been alleviated before letters were sent.

I humbly request you speak with the members within your own organization before sending another letter of this nature.

Very Respectfully,
Justice Charae

Caterina would read the letter and then smile as if someone had told her a particuarly witty joke. Then in much the same way Garen did she would file the letter away out of sight and mind before she continued with the work set before her.
