A letter arrives, sealed both with the crast of the Harmonium as well as Hograth's Dragon Claw ( and of course there is an arcane mark showing something similar as well).

From: Hograth Thorn, Notary II, Harmonium

I hereby request a warrant for search and seizure of the house and belongings of Sir Kenneth LOKE.

The Harmonium is investigating his dealings with the refugees and their now fallen home plane and we hope to get new insights and information should we be able to find some of the goods he was trading with.

Hograth Thorn, Notary II, Harmonium

(((Just gonna pop in with a small OOC interruption. The Fraternity does not issue warrants unless it's the Fraternity requesting the arrest. The Harmonium issues warrants to themselves as required on a case by case basis. They investigate on their own accord and arrest if required. The Fraternity might weigh on the legality of the arrest if it comes to court but they don't deny or approve warrants on behalf of the Harmonium. HeÂ’d need to ask an officer of Measure or higher for the Warrant. The more prominent the citizen being arrested, the higher up the chain heÂ’ll want to ask.

AnyhowÂ… protocol and all that ;) )))
