Let it be known and let your people be warned
The Noble fighters of the Revolutionary League will not permit you to enslave the Free People of UnderSigil. You will not be permitted to station troops in the Village or surrounding areas. You will not be permitted to enact unjust laws within the Village and the surrounding area. You will not be permitted to harrass, agitate or otherwise bare arms against any UnderSigil resident or visitor.
Should you decide to ignore these warnings and move forward with your plan to enslave them, we shall offer resistance and engage you both in the village and in the city. We shall target your holdings, your soldiers, your courts, your offices and your supply routes. Nothing will be spared so long as you attempt to oppress the free people of UnderSigil.
We have held a fragile peace for quite some time. The people of Sigil have been spared our resistance for many cycles. Move forward with these plans and that fragile peace shatters.
