Sent to his superiors is a Judicial application from Garen Seph. In it it is noted that he has been spending all the time since the d'Kridis trial acting as both prosecutor or defence attorney in as many trials as he would be permitted, all in the name of becoming comfortable with both sides of the docket.

He is applying to become a certified judge for the courts of the Fraternity.

A formal reply is sent back to Gareth regarding the judicial application implying a approval to the request. However the permit does mention that for an unspecified duration of time the magnitude of legal cases Gareth is allowed to judge excludes that of major criminal and political cases until minimum of ten legal cases have been properly observed and evaluated by senior judges of the Fraternity of Order.

While major cases of those respective categories have been prohibited, he is allowed to partake in lesser cases that do not potentially endanger Sigil wide matters. Among the application approval is a formal promotion to that of Administrator A7.

Garen accepts the reply with a satisfied nod and files it with his other papers.

He sends a request back up the chain to inquire if persuing (as judge) the requested case between Gnolls and the Mercykiller Gnolls intends to investigate, constitutes an issue that would endanger Sigil affairs... seeing as it's interfactional.
