Apparently I'll be taking the prosecution up... again :P wasn't my intention but seems like nobody else will pick it up.

You don't need DM for the meeting, the whole "by Harmonium rules" trash is mostly IC flavor ;P up to you whether you want it in game or in forums on my opinion.
