Now that d'Kridis has been banished from the city and made a non-citizen, I formally request the courts order the siezure of all assets connected to the name d'Kridis within the confines of Sigil and her territories. This would include the tower, any held properties and any assets legally held by Mr d'Kridis. As a non-citizen, he can no longer hold legal deed to these things and they cannot be permitted to exist in a legal limbo, uncontrolled and easilly exploited.
I'm sure these things can be liquidated and put to good use within the Fraternity.

As Hildmor d'Kridis is a non-person under Sigil law, any possessions that can be found to legally belong to him are indeed to be seized. The Fated are to be brought in to make assessments and the items are to be sold off at auction.
Take care to ensure legal status of any items before siezure. We are aware that several possessions were trasferred to ownership of friends and associates of d'Kridis prior to the trial.
One special point is the tower. Any still residing in the tower are to be given one day to leave, and if they leave their posessions are to be thououghly checked.
When the one day is up, a state of open warfare is to be declared between Sigil and the independent state of the tower. The tower is to be completely and utterly destroyed, including any cellars, connecting tunnels to other locations, or secret areas. Use whatever means necessary.
Sigil will be whole again.
