Crake looks up the legal status of the Cult of Ghaunadaur in Sigil, as well as records of the history of their attacks on the city and any details about those attacks that are a matter of public record. Assuming they are not already considered terrorists, he drafts the proper forms and files to have them branded as such, for having attacked the Shattered Temple and other attacks over the years, assuming he can find records of such attacks.

Aside from word of mouth from two witnesses on the day of the assault and several scorch marks located behind the shattered temple, Crake would find no solidifying evidence to suggest that the cult may or may not have been involved in the attack.

Past evidence however would have plenty of details. Outlining the ooze assault on the city some cycles ago, however those cases had been deemed closed after several Planeswalker's dealt with the cult champion.

However, given the past events, crake would find the city to have already deemed the cult as a threat... However an abandoned one due to their hiatus, The proper forms would go through the proper channels, informing the mercy killers and harmonium properly.

At the courts, Crake files a written testimony on behalf of and signed by Sharon Raynsford of the Free League testifying that the attack on the Shattered Temple were cultists of Ghaunadaur citing the following overwhelming testimonial evidence:

-Raynsford followed their leader from the bazaar after he seemed uncomfortable with planewalkers discussing Ghaunadaur
-The berk was dressed in Ghaunadaur's slimy colours
-other cultists identified him as an "Amorphous Annihilator," this being a known priestly rank in Ghaunadaur's cult
-they summoned an ooze abomination in the attack, which Raynsford destroyed with fire

He also files a written testimony on behalf of and signed by Yoki the Drowess Planewalker stating that a cutter called Saraphiel disturbed the peace and proselytized on behalf of Ghaunadaur's cult in the Hive Ward, stating that he was "Helping people to a slimy doom and collecting their souls," although Saraphiel later claimed to be a Baatezu of Dis, and that his efforts were a test of the local planewalkers' resolve in combating the cult he impersonated. He cites witnesses as Oleg Semanov, Sharon Raynsford, Quimoira, Yoki ((Ephimerra)), Ugdum Wogshurd, and himself. In an annotation, he notes that the Harmonium met him at the scene of the crime to investigate, and issued Saraphiel a fine for disturbing the peace. Crake does not press for any immediate charges against Saraphiel, but opens a case file about the Baatezu in case of further incidents.
