A robed elf with silver hair enters the courts, identifies herself as Tindra Tir’ein and expresses an interest in joining the Fraternity of Order, further specifying her wish to join the Bureau of Research should she pass. She hands over a pre-filled application form and explains that she has studied the necessary fields one must cover to join and is ready to take the test at any time.

The receptionist greets Tindra cordially, and examines her application. She is given a date on which to take the test - within the week.

She uses the time until the test to once more go over the laws and other appropriate texts, and would appear well on time at the set date and time, ready to take it.

The test covers the laws of Sigil and general knowledge. Tindra might even feel over-prepared for it. A few days after taking the test, she receives her badge, marking her as an Aide in the Fraternity.
