Appearing somewhat worse for wear as the city rolls onward towards anti-peak, Kaltia strides through the entry way of the Clerk of Courts and offers over a small stack of hand written pages to the Aide on duty. "Please see that this is filed and admitted to the courts docket records as soon as possible." The feline lifts a curled fist to her muzzle and stifles a yawn. "Mm..ah.. I'll come by in the morning to pick up any requests after the filing is admitted to the index. Thank you." Ears and whiskers dropping in obvious exhaustion, she waits only long enough to be sure the pages are signed in, stamped, and added to the proper stack of writs to be signed into the system.. then turns and makes her way back home for some much needed sleep.

The filed document contains several pages of in-depth legalese which cites various reference to past court holdings to justify a series of accusations outlined in carefully scripted handwriting. Each is an exhaustive listing of evidences conveyed by the Harmonium, specifically Notary Reina, per an ongoing investigation for establishing a case and calling for a criminal trial date to be convened. The request is clarified by section, title, and chapter within the city's codex of statues ad nauseam, as is customary for this sort of Guvner paperwork.

All and all, this amounts to call for the following charges to be tried against one Factotum Ivon Talbonsim of the Bleak Cabal for: A Felony Crime Spree including; Kidnapping of myriad patients given into his care, the enabling of vicarious Treason against Harmonium officers within his off faction holding facilities, along with indictable acts of Association of others with intent to commit and promote illegal activities, the indictable Domination of another individual in an attempt to remove their free will, and the indictable Theft of wards legally remanded to the custody of the Bleak Cabal's Criminally Insane Ward.

For those who know the details of the case, the lack of a second name on the filing stands out in a way that is very likely a statement all its own.

The wheel of bureaucracy turns slowly, but eventually it comes around. The charges have gone through, and a court date has been set for the 2nd Clerk of Mortis, 136 HA.

(That's November 11th, Wednesday of next week, to be confirmed with a time on Discord).
I just want to kill monsters and get prizes for it. Is that REALLY so much to ask for?
