A series of quick meetings (and small exchanges of jink) with various trustworthy Aides among the courts this cycle sets off a chain of hushed inquiry. A particular Administrator is quietly seeking to meet with a member of the Order of the Black Scroll for the purpose of doing some research. A 'finder's fee' is implied in the passing of the inquiries, and anyone with information should speak with one of the clerks in the filing and indexing offices.

It takes a few days, but the call is eventually heard by a certain A8 Nikolai Rachturan.

He looks less than thrilled in his approach, and just a little on edge. Still, he does offer to discuss Kaltia's interest in the cult in some privacy, though he insists on doing so within the City Court complex itself.
I just want to kill monsters and get prizes for it. Is that REALLY so much to ask for?

Later being better than never, and well within the reasonable amount of bureaucratic leeway, a packet of papers signed and sealed by Kaltia would find its way to the desk of a particular member of the Fraternity of Order. The penned contract lays out the terms of a formal non disclosure agreement between two interested parties. There is a note requesting that the recipient make the necessary amendments and return the document to the Administrator within the week to have the document served and then filed.
