Notice from the Hall of Speakers

The following official letter from the Hall of Speakers is sent to Bria Tomay, but somehow ends up being circulated among the Free League at large.

Greetings.
Following up on the bill presented by the Free League at the last session of the Hall of Speakers, we wish to inquire what structure, building, or other enclosed space the League would like to register as their Faction Headquarters, temporarily or permanently.
As a reminder, the headquarters must be a walled and enclosed space, owned by the Free League.
Please forward your decision to the Office of the Speaker at your earliest possible convenience, and we will inform the other factions.
