Noristant had just finished his report on the woman found murdered in the marketplace. A sign condemning faerunias placed over her. The lady had a tattoo of The Symbol of Sune on her shoulder and wthe words Fiendwhore scribbled on her forehead. The corpse was horribly mangled. After his report was done Noristant started asking around the barracks for opinions on the murder.

After several hours, Noristant learns that Sigil doesn't have any particular hate crime statue, this case should be investigated normally. There also has been past crimes against against followers from Faerunia, she will have to dig them up personally as none of the investigating officers are available from the names given from those that knew a thing or two about what happened in relation to those crimes.
