The Blue Dragon, Notary Suzerain Daudhir, walked into the barracks recently with one of the said bounties in tow, the woman by the name of Kreeyzia. The details of what was said between the Blue Dragon Notary and his superiors, as well as between him and his newly claimed prisoner, were strictly under wraps, but that was now one less bounty on the market, to be certain.
Mr_Otyugh: Daudhir earns 5 000 jink.

Notary Kour and Mover Yamikaze both approached Sarin once again.
"Sir, this lass, found us a map from a tip off, it has all the locations of the undersigil networks D'kridis ilk would use."
The Notary gave a salute.
"I was just doing my job ma'am, and with respect I ask in return the one responsible is given full Amnesty for their cooperation."
"Did y'get their name Notary?"
"No ma'am" she replied. "But they said they would turn in a letter ive provided if they ever need to change their mind."
"Well... this map looks legit sir, we've had the charters and coriographers make copies for all the patrolls, we can end this quickly if were swift."
The Map detailed every hidden cache, every trap and every escape passage the D'kridis Cartel would have likley used throughout the network as Amaku passed it to Sarin.

Dhalla the Erinyes touches down at the barracks, striding inside and slapping a scroll down upon the front desk, then beginning to speak as only lawyers and devils do, not even taking breath long enough for poor Charles to get a word in edgewise.
"I am here in lieu of my Mistress, Rhethys Crimson. Under my advisement, she declines to turn herself in due to the nature of dead or alive bounties offered for other members of the Cartel. We both feel that an overzealous arresting officer could mistakenly cause grievous harm to Miss Crimson, as you will see in this statement.
"We also would remind the Harmonium of her own presence in these very barracks when Mr. D'kridis' sentence was proclaimed and carried out, and as she has not left Sigil within that time nor had any direct or indirect contact with him or any other leadership members of the Cartel, as requested by the late Mister Cadaveus. It is heretofore unlikely that she would willingly continue membership in said group, as its current legal status and acts imputed to it would be counter to her preference to reside within Sigil.
"Should a follow-up interview be desired, Miss Crimson will agree to meet with a member of your faction at a location to be arranged at said time. All other communication will be through her appointed representatives, that being either myself or the succubus known as Malydieth.
"Any instigation of violence or damage against the currently vacant domicile of Miss Crimson, herein referred to as The Residence, will be considered a crime against property, and damages equating to the full inventory of the building will be sought in civil litigation.
"As appointed representative and counsel of Miss Crimson, I await any response from the Harmonium upon this matter."
She offers Charles her sweetest dimpled smile, and the faintest of surprisingly non-lewd winks as if to say were she not otherwise employed, the Harmonium might be something she'd be a fine fit for.

There's couple Hardheads whom appear initially mildly puzzled, then shrugged non-chalantly to get Raven put through usual procedures of prisoner protocol and then transferred to a cell within the Barracks. What can be seen in the cell section, depending how well she knows some of the Cartel members that handle trading caravans, in other cells there's bunch of captured Cartel members that aren't from Sigilian branch.Kree,May 13 2012 wrote:Raven is later visited by a red skinned tiefling woman in a green dress. "Alright prisoners, hear out. During the times of war, you will be transferred to Arcadia to face wartime court that is administrated by Harmonium. Those of you whom surrendered willingly will be notified to the court. Those whom wish to place them in better influence can still tell all they know about Cartel that assists Harmonium cause. Otherwise the prisoner transfer will be moving today."
--
The tiefling would be disallowed to enter the prisoner quarters (usually more known as holding cells) due to lack of clearance and it being transferred to wartime prison for Harmonium purposes, the other scoundrels had been transferred to Mercykiller care for temporal holding cell purposes.
Charles would halt her in begin and instead call over another Harmonium member to deal with this, no doubt a wartime protocol, ahead stops higher ranked member of Harmonium that has short hair with stern and sour look like he had just eaten a lemon. "Report" he'd state to the erinyes, he listen patiently and quietly what she has to say.Cotillion,May 13 2012 wrote:Dhalla the Erinyes touches down at the barracks, striding inside and slapping a scroll down upon the front desk, then beginning to speak as only lawyers and devils do, not even taking breath long enough for poor Charles to get a word in edgewise.

Those whom turn themselves in will be promised fair trial to whose judge will be mentioned any cooperative actions and turning self in to lessen any penalty. She will remain unharmed if she turns her in, but only if she turns her in."
Sarin would take the map and take a look at it, then he'd call over Mover four Jhaenus Korreth and explain at Yamakazu "As much as I appreciate being only one trusted, Mover Four Jhaenus is in charge of this matter. Despite it being a war, this one is small scale against a tiny foe and does not require myself to be included. In future, please inform Jhaenus Korreth primarily, I trust he can handle the matter while I have more important things to attend to."Captain Vanguard,May 13 2012 wrote:Notary Kour and Mover Yamikaze both approached Sarin once again.

Jhaenus Korreth, a slightly overweight well Hardhead with large quantity of recognitions in his standard issue Harmonium Mover shirt that he seems to carry proudly. He would take a look at the map then "We need a name. This map could easily be misinformation to put us off, we also need scouting data. We're not making any presumptions during this war. First rule of spies and betrayers is to know whether they can be trusted. Which reminds me, we need to make additional space to our holding cells, it's time to move the prisoners of war to Arcadia."

Mover Four Jhaenus Korreth makes another announcement for the Harmonium "We've captured large number of Cartel members and we will need more room as we capture more, we will make convoy to move them to the Arcadia. Additionally due to recent confusion we've had amidst our lines, we have chosen to have our Under Sigil operation plans be reviewed in the office of intelligence, you will of course need Harmonium clearance and leave all your personal information to be able to view this information for security reasons. Our Tradegate delegate should be reaching to the Tradegate today as well.
Mover three Kleivous and intelligence chieftain Derius, if you'd join in my office to discuss the details?"
After which they went to have private conversation. After couple of hours the said plans would be assigned to the office of Intelligence.

Notary Kour decides with reluctance to betray the trust Rith put into her, she bowed her head grimly. "May Heironus forgive me for this... and Rith, I am sorry."
She provided an intel slip for a runner to take to the Mover Jhaenus, detailing the name of the doppleganger "Rith Fiddir".
She also incisted very strongly that Amnesty be given for his involvement in acting as a snitch for the Harmonium and that her word be honored to the best of its ability.
She also assured the Mover that Rith confessed to being a smuggler under D'kridis up untill he was asked to murder for him. Rith declined and as such had a change of heart, leading to his amnesty request and information trade.
She also points out Rith is deeply upset about the matter and will likely require some delicate diplomacy if the Mover wants to draw him out, being a doppleganger, he can likley just find a new name in no time if they try too hard to pressure him into comming in.
Amaku meanwhile watches proceedings with a growing concern. First the militant harshness now shipping them to Arcadia like they were prisoners of war and not a gang takedown.
She felt this was far too extreme, but to avoid loosing her possition in the army she said nothing. After all, the Harmonium needed a voice of reason in the high ranks and if she could do anything to hold back the fire that was comming she would try to.
As a result she would constantly visit prisoners that were captured and offer supplies and distribution in return for relible information and a guarenteed promise that they would be treated fairly.

Dhalla shrugs towards the sour fellow, slapping down another scroll.wrote:Charles would halt her in begin and instead call over another Harmonium member to deal with this, no doubt a wartime protocol, ahead stops higher ranked member of Harmonium that has short hair with stern and sour look like he had just eaten a lemon. "As you may have guessed, as a self-professed demonologist Miss Crimson does not recognize the authority of any Arcadian court, nor has she declared war towards the Harmonium or any other legal entity within Sigil.
"The offer of a meeting stands; however, I and she would strongly recommend dropping the matter and cancelling any bounty, in the interest of the orderly running of Sigil and the continued safety of all its inhabitants.
"Should you change your mind and wish to arrange said meeting, the succubus Malydieth can be contacted in the Civic Festhall, while I myself can be found in the environs of the Bazaar."
With a sharp and surprisingly respectful nod towards the man, she turns and makes her way from the Barracks, launching herself into flight as soon as she steps outside.

Notary Daudhir soon comes in about the same information. As it had been already told and he was probably informed of that, he offers a very simple warning to his superiors:Captain Vanguard,May 13 2012 wrote: Notary Kour decides with reluctance to betray the trust Rith put into her, she bowed her head grimly. "I would suggest taking everything that is said with a grain of salt sir. This man is as shifty as they get, and I know for a fact he has done work for the cartel on an almost loyal level, and I know furthermore he does not like us. Do not take the information that was given as true until it can be confirmed as true beyond shadow of a doubt."
