"I fear if there are any anarchists involved they will get alarmed and go into hiding as soon as we start looking for the blades.

Lucia then points to the stack of the copied notes of the weapons in question.
"Even if we did not have magical equipment, it should not be difficult to confiscate the weapons based on their description. The weapons are rather distinctive and have certain properties that our patrols can use to determine whether a weapon matches the description."
"Of course, these notes should not leave Triad hands."
Lucia then takes the box with the longsword that was found in the basement and removes the seals. She then pulls out the longsword and holds it up for Sir Loke to see.
"Sir Loke, is this longsword also bound for the process of programming a sentient intelligence into its essence as well?"

That one too is lacking a intelligence and most if not all of its powers. The second shattered soon as it struck plate mail and exploded killing the crafter and his apprentice.

We had hired an Sigilian to help us with the construction of the third, it was their suggestion to let it absorb some negative energy from the it's respective plane before we crafted it with the more powerful and dangerous enchantments. Once we retrieved the blade, that's when we started seeing incursions, but nothing to sheer scale of what we saw"
However, Makii being the consummate lawyer takes the chance to add in a major detail "Since my client is agreeing to cooperate, he will need better conditions to stay in until trail."
@ Horgrath: The third one, a major improvement in the process was sold to Dace and Dash. It is nothing compared the original but it contains some of it's major qualities and we discovered how to at least partially use negative energy on offensive weapons. I am no mage so i am not sure if they can be traced.
